Funeraria Del Angel Pasadena

Pasadena Texas location is ridiculous in getting items ordered in on time and lying regarding the time length. No answer back form Andrew Nieto, the only other individual able to speak with was Alejandro. Which unfortunately received the bad end because of Mrs. Nieto's unprofessional information that was given. Had void my order to get funds back to see where else I could get the orders I had previously ordered and done for my siblings. My father had a pre arranged plan and was told my sibling signatures were needed because my father never re-married which was ridiculous. When getting this pre-funeral plan was being done nothing to that matter came up from the sales individuals and that needs to be addressed because families don't need to be put in this predicaments of needing signatures; when it could have been dealt with before hand. Do not recommend using this funeral place.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the support and care that Andrew, Gabriel, Angelica provided during the recent loss of our mother, Celia Chavez. My mother looked ABSOLUTELY beautiful. We received SO many compliments of how beautiful she looked, and the place was nice. Thank you again for the dedication and for helping us honor the memory of our beloved mother. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and for her.

I’d like to thank Andrew, Grabriel, James, Alejandro, and Angelica for all the work they did in helping us arrange my father’s funeral. But a big special thanks to Destiny. She took the time to listen to us, ask about my father, and share stories with us. Her compassion and care was like no other and so comforting to us. Thank y’all for helping us through this tough time. We appreciated all the work they put in to help us arrange and coordinate everything. Everything was beautiful and well coordinated, we were very well taken care of.

My family and I are very blessed to say that Funeraria Del Angel’s entire staff was able to provide my siblings and I an easy, comforting and memorable service in celebrating the life of my beautiful mom. I am sure my mom was smiling from heaven with how well everything came together. My family and I would like to thank Mr. Andrew Nieto and Mr. Miguel Ocón in providing their assistance with the funeral arrangements for my mom and in also making sure that the entire process was as comfortable as can be. May God continue to bless the entire staff at Funeraria Del Angel so that they may continue to provide others with such wonderful, comforting and easy process in such a difficult time.

My mother’s funeral was at Funeraria del Angel. Andrew was great helping my family and I plan her funeral. He made sure we got everything she wanted, and helped us throughout the hard process. I really liked that he suggested some ideas to make her celebration unique. Also Miguel was very attentive. All of our family was very happy with the services Funeraria Del Angel provided.
