Nice service, owner is a sweet talker. Nice staff, respectful people. But they did charge extra for flowers on a personalized flower arrangement I asked for. I was charged for Roses & Blue Bonnets, got a complete different set of flowers without notifying or asking what kind of flowers to use. They are very nice until they get their payment & then the communication after is not very good. Just being real & when I spoke to the owner about it, he just said sorry about that.

I wanted to give a full and honest review of this funeral home. I arrived early to drop off my loved one’s floral sympathy cross and standing spray because I wanted his service to have the best possible floral setup. When I arrived, I was greeted by Donny and his staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful in unloading the arrangements. It was an emotionally difficult moment for me, knowing my loved one was there and that I would be attending the service later that day. Donny showed genuine compassion, recognizing my sadness and frustration. He offered kind words and assisted me with the floral arrangements, something I had very little experience with. His patience and empathy truly meant a lot during such a painful time. When I returned for the service, the common areas were very clean, the décor was tasteful and classy, and the staff was attentive and helpful to all guests. The casket spray Celestial provided was especially grand and beautiful. Thank you to Donny and the staff at Celestial for your kindness and professionalism. Empathy goes a long way, and they truly excel at what they do. If you are facing the difficult task of saying goodbye to a loved one, you will be met with kindness, compassion and respect. My father passed away at a hospital. I can't even explain the pain I felt. But I needed a funeral home. That's not something u think about at the time. I called celestial. Donny answered late at night. And gave me so much relief 😮‍💨. They are affordable. And the viewing was beyond beautiful. I honestly from the bottom of my heart Appreciate how they took care of my dads body. I highly recommend. Everyone is very compassionate. Thank you🥹

My dad passed away a few weeks ago. Celestial was affordable and the layout was exactly what my mom was looking for. Donny and his team did a great job at explaining the whole process and had patience. The viewing went good, their team was professional and did a good job greeting and guiding the visitors when they arrived. I’d definitely recommend this place.

My mother passed away, a couple of weeks ago. I was lost, didn't know what to do. I called around and started looking for an affordable, but a beautiful place. When I came across Celestial, I called and spoke with Donny. I was asked to come in and wow, not only from the phone conversation to walking in, this just felt right. He walked me through everything. When I walked out I felt so at peace, and felt so much relief. The staff was amazing, from Donny, Christian and Mario who I spoke with the majority of the time, the place looked fabulous and well kept. My mom looked so beautiful and I am very grateful for coming to Celestial. The name fits this place
