National Cremation Society

My mother had purchased a policy with National Cremation back in 2013. Her goal was to make the time of her death easy on the family given all the things that would need to be done upon her demise. She was a smart woman and I am grateful for her prudent decision. I had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the entire process. The experience was flawless and the personnel here at the Richfield, MN location kind and considerate. I was thoroughly impressed and now my wife and I are thinking about doing the same thing for our children. My thanks to the entire staff including Gailyn, Katie, and Josh. I highly recommend anyone considering how to ease the pain of the passing of a loved to evaluate National Cremation.

I had just made arrangements with national cremation that morning and my husband passed away that afternoon. Every one was so thoughtful and sympathetic. They took care of everything for me even when I did not know what to ask. They kept me updated with everything from the time they picked him up until the time I picked him up from them. I felt at peace knowing my husband was in excellent care.

National cremation society has helped us with my Mom and my Dads cremation. I like the convenience of their location, very easy to get to and the staff was very kind and able to answer our questions. I feel like they went out of our way to make us feel comfortable during a very difficult time. when my parents passed away, and I made one phone call to them everything fell into place. This preplanning experience was easier and more pleasant than I had expected it to be. I do not know anyone else who has done this and after having to take care of a cremation recently that had no preplanning and was an unexpected death I knew I didn't want my family to have that what-do-I-do-now confusion. I felt totally relieved when I had signed the contract. Everything is in order, including the urn. My family has 1 phone number to call and everything will be taken care of for them and it's all paid for! Id recommend this for anyone considering cremation.

With the death of my father, The Cremation Society has been very helpful and compassionate. My father had pre-arranged this service based on his wishes. We were guided through everything from beginning to end. The local staff Katherine and Elizabeth are wonderful to work with. They allow us to ask questions while being patient and thoughtful. They also check in regularly to see how we are doing and to offer assistance and grief resources. I highly recommend them for families to either pre-arrange or use their services.
