Cremation Society of Minnesota

My beloved wife, Suzanne passed away two months ago, and we had prearranged her cremation. I am pleased to say, that despite the difficulty of dealing with this very sad and emotional issue, everyone at the cremation Society of Minnesota Edina was excellent to work with. Most especially Julia Pham, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. The event went very well! My only concern, and it’s relatively minor, is that the staff that I worked with on the days leading up to the Ceremony regarding the audio video presentation we’re not present on the day of the event. That led to the sound system being operated at a lower volume than it should have. Otherwise, I was very pleased. Donald W Laukka

We had a pleasant experience. Staff was professional and easy to work with. There was good guidance and follow up. Julie was very helpful with the obituary. She made us feel that she there for us on a personal level rather than a business transaction.

At a difficulty time Cremation Society was there to support our family, moving my sister from Hospice Care to their facility. Picking up her ashes was so final, however, they gave us time to grieve in private. I am very impressed in how much help they continued to provide in arrangements from writing an obituary to connecting us to support as we walk thru the grieving process.

When my mom died in March, my sisters and I had no idea what to do. Fortunately, my mom had pre-paid for her cremation through the Cremation Society and so once the hospice nurse contacted them they really kind of did all the work for us. We had a lot of questions along the way and they were very patient and gave us all the information we needed. The cremation itself was very respectful and went smoothly. It was a blessing and a relief to have the help of everyone at the Cremation Society to help us through the process. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
