I'd like to say that during a difficult time everyone made it very easy. Communication was good and everyone had the answers to all my questions. We had our service at the St. Paul location which was very nice. Very clean and had adequate space for everyone. Thanks again for everyone's help.

During one of the most difficult times for our family, Cremation Society of Minnesota on Nicollet Ave treated us with such compassion, respect, and professionalism. The staff were kind, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. The facility was clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and we truly appreciated how organized and thoughtful everyone was throughout the entire experience. They handled everything with dignity and care, and we felt supported from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Cremation Society of Minnesota to anyone looking for compassionate and affordable services during a difficult time.

What caring people! My husband's death left me confused and anxious. I never felt any pressure, was told prices up front and shown courtesy and love. The opportunity to view his body with just family prior to cremation was beautiful. We all wrote notes of love on little wooden hearts, and I was able to tuck a small picture into his jacket, next to his heart. He carried that picture of me in his billfold for 66 years. This was a very heartfelt experience. Thank you all for everything.

I hope no one truly needs their services. Hardest part of life and love; is saying goodbye/see you later! Cremation Society of Minnesota was warm, friendly, compassionate and welcoming. From initial setup to services rendered. Transporting my partner after passing at home peacefully they were respectful and discrete. It’s a very surreal experience and the team did a fantastic job guiding and supporting during this difficult process.
