My sister is very well cared for and happy at Charter. The apts are spacious and beautiful with safety in mind. The staff does a wonderful job keeping the residents involved, engaged and active on a daily basis. From the moment you walk in, it is very welcoming and feels like home. They go out of their way to recognize, decorate and celebrate all the holidays with festivities. Kylie was very helpful and patient explaining the admission process and took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. She kept us informed on each detail and made sure all our questions were answered. I love the fact that it is a smaller community and feels more like family. The services include housekeeping, laundry and delicious meals are served in the dining room. It's very comforting and reassuring to know my sister is happy and content in her new home. 😊

I did a short term stay at Charter and the staff was so welcoming! My favorite part was spending time with Momo, Sally’s cat she’d bring in. I appreciate the loving kindness I received while staying here.

Both Mom and Dad are at Charter. They are doing well. Caregiver, Tolandra Douglas, really cares about her residents and goes above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive and is truly appreciated.

My first contact with Kylie was a couple months ago while my brother was still in the hospital. She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She answered all my questions. Discharge from the hospital was delayed a few times but Kylie kept contact with me. Eventually, he came to Charter and was welcomed with framed pictures of our family making him feel at home. All arranged by Kylie. His experience here has been wonderful. Kind and friendly staff. Knowledgeable nurses. Food options offer variety. From administration to housekeeping, a very caring and friendly staff.

From the moment I met Jill and Kylie, I felt as if I had known them for a very long time. They were welcoming, thoroughly answered all of our questions and helped us to make the decision to have my Dad make this his new home very easy. Jill quickly responded to my many questions, and went out of her way to make a personalized welcome basket for Dad. The entire staff has been attentive and compassionate to my Dad and to our family, they truly care about him and want to see him thrive in his new environment. The activities are plentiful, the food tastes like it comes from a 5 star restaurant, I could go on and on. I have nothing negative to say. To move a beloved family member out of their home is scary for everyone involved, especially the senior. ALL the Charter employees have gone over and above to make this scary and emotional move seamless and worry free. I can’t say enough positive about Charter Senior Living, many thanks to you all!
