Although a nice facility on the surface, with some nice staff, do not trust them. They strung me along for almost a year with promises, which turned out to be lies to get more money. As of the end of 2025, I had no apartment, was told to vacate an apartment and get my things out....all this while in the hospital and rehab. I kept in constant contact with the Director of my situation and was assured that there would be an apartment similar to mine ready for me and they would take care of moving my things. When the time came, they "dinged" me saying I did not meet their criteria and told to get my things out. I have no family and no money because of Medicaid money paid to my care facility taking all my income...and I was still in rehab. They are now sending me to collections. How I can pay over $2,000 on my $75/month is yet to be seen. Bottom line.....if you are rich and not on assistance, they will welcome you; if not, don't bother.

I have found home again. Since losing my husband,I never felt at home, anywhere. The staff and other people that live here, have changed that. From helping me move in,getting me things I needed,to the fabulous food. It feels like home. The food is homemade, and you can tell! The aides are so kind, and often stop in just to ask if I need anything. The free laundry on each floor is a dream. The privacy everyone should have is aotomatic. If you need a nurse, push a button, same with an aide. Julie, and Bridget did not fall short, knowone could have convinced me id ever feel at home again, without my husband. Im home,im safe,im well looked after without anyone being intrusive. I love the cleanliness, the friendliness, the care they serve up. If you have a loved one that needs a bit of help or a lot of help. Call Bridget come take a tour, say hello nothing but smiles waiting for you.

It is a difficult decision to turn over an aging parent to an assisted living facility, and the decision requires a lot of trust. My mom has been living at Glass Peaks Senior Living for the past year, and I have learned to not only trust the caring staff, but to be able to count on them to contact me immediately with any concerns they might have about my mom's health and welfare. She is checked on by staff throughout the day, offered three meals each day prepared by the facility chef, given her daily medications at the time they are supposed to be given, is provided laundry services, bathing, and weekly cleaning of her apartment, as well as other services. There are daily activities to keep her socially involved, as well as a daily "happy hour" for socializing over a glass of wine. I feel at ease knowing my mom is in good hands, and it takes a lot of pressure off of my family, who were always on edge when my mom was at home with some home care. Glass Peaks Senior Living offers their clients a family atmosphere and a great opportunity to grow old with dignity and support.

My dad lived there and we were thrilled. They had tons of activities and gave him excellent care in assisted living. They have happy hour Monday- Friday with alcohol, coffee or pop. The food was very good. Best chicken salad! I loved it! My dad got very sick and we were able to bring hospice in much to my surprise. I was happy he could be in his place the lasts day. The nursing care for those last days was amazing!
