Loved the environment here. From staff to management and other family the hospitality is amazing. The family council meetings give us the opportunity to ask questions and see we’re not alone. The staff really loves the residents like their own family. It’s clean and everyone was well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of my mom.

This facility is amazing. I have never seen such caring staff. No staff member ever has a frown or an attitude. It’s like a big family at the Grove.
The staff does a great job with my mom. She is always dressed nice with her hair and make up done.
The food is great - delivered to the residents hot and tasty.
I live out of town and never worry about my mom’s care. I know she is well cared for.
Another benefit is that the four areas are called neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a living room where residents gather and a dining table where they gathers for meals. I am so thankful we found the Grove.

The staff is incredible. They take very good care of us. The food leaves a little bit to be desired though. It's kind of hit and miss.

Great facility - well designed with various levels of dementia care that allows for functionality/care for four (4) grades of disease progression. Security controlled access (in/out) of respective areas and the outside (for our family visits) makes me feel good that my Dad is safe. Special monitoring allows tracking of residents movements while in their room and rooms have several emergency devices to notify staff for necessary assistance. Delivery of proper medications is timely and well managed.
Facility has many daily activities and encourages participation in group activities and interaction with other residents and staff. Special assistance is provided for those requiring walkers, wheel chairs or a little extra help getting to common areas.
The staff is well trained, caring and consistently does a good job handling the different personalities of the residents and the challenges associated with deteriorating mental and physical abilities. My Dad eats more often and more nutritious food than he did at home with Mom
