Working with Mt Carmel funeral home has been a beautiful experience for me and my daughter (family) with the loss of my mom. Uriah was there from the beginning helping me to get things in order from transport of my mom to certificates and all the steps needed to get ready for a burial service. Words can’t express my genuine thanks to Uriah for his professional manner and sympathy for my loss. Not only did he hold up to our plan in every way, Uriah succeeded in getting ahead of schedule which allowed me some extra time to mentally engage in what lied ahead. He always laid out the options and possibilities ahead of time so a clear plan could be set and the full Picture carried out to the end. The connection was strong in knowing we could depend on him to deliver and process all the steps and keep my anxiety low in not knowing the details ahead of time. Many, many thanks to Mt. Everyone is nice and all interactions were pleasant but Ms. Santana is the one that helped with everything. She showed compassion and was very patient with me planning my mom’s funeral. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was the one that guided us in the arrangements after the loss of my Best Friend. Thank you Mt. Carmel and Ms. Santana 💜
