It's a hard discussion and a hard decision, but it went SO smoothly, Mr. Dixon was informative, like talking to a friend and there was NO upselling pressure. The packages were clearly explained and we made our decision. Super easy, pain free and compared to dealing with a high pressure casket salesperson, at the worst time in your life, this was no pressure, super simple and completely transparent.

I Absolutely Love how they Took Care of Both of my Parents. They was so Very Respectful to Each ur family and Our needs. They absolutely did Amazing things when they picked up My precious Mom. They prayed over her when they took her out of the house, then after they put her in the van they prayed again. . That made my whole family knew they would take special care of care of Her. They reach out afterwards which is Amazing.

I cannot recommend Neptune Society enough. Upon my dad entering hospice and his subsequent passing - they handled everything with kindness and compassion. His cremains and death certificates were ready in two weeks. They even had me bring our urns at pick up so they could handle diving the ashes between them.

Neptune Society did a good job taking care of my mother after her death. They were kind and patient. I would recommend digitizing all the paperwork unless there is some law that requires paper. Other than the paperwork taking so long, everything was done well.
