Aria Cremation Services & Funeral

Aria called me this morning and told me that they had cremated ashes and a death certificate for me to pick up. I have lived in Irving my entire life, been to funerals here, and have close family I no longer speak with who coincidentally may have been involved. They were unable to identify my family member over the phone so I dropped everything I was doing and drove down there only to figure out that they called a wrong number and it wasn't anyone I know. The lack of professionalism and emotional strain this caused is incredible. You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing that to me, and if its happened to me its happened to others. Unacceptable.

She is the only reason I am even leaving a review for Aria Cremation and I truly believe her talents would be EXTREMELY useful in a managerial position. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about various practices and packages and the different elements of a funeral, she is able to communicate efficiently with you in a way you can understand and in a way that feels genuine. Maria took care of my family in the most difficult time of our life and we will never forget her. If you are looking for someone who has experience, someone who is AMAZING at their job and passionate about helping others - this is the place to go.

Maria was wonderful! I am so appreciative of Maria's kindness, compassion, and professionalism in handling my father's cremation. She kept me updated at every step of the process and even worked to get him a flag (he was a veteran). She made a difficult situation more bearable.

I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. During a hard time not know where to start for my fathers services needed for his death . Maria was definitely my back bone she kept me sane I’ve never had to go through an experience like this for anyone she was always there for me when I had questions and was patient in going over all details with me .
