My experience with the team at Volante St. Pete has been truly exceptional!! As a home health clinician that sees patients all over the county for more than a decade, I've experienced everything. Their entire team is top notch from the first points of contact Yasmine & Meredith, to the Executive Director Jack & every other person I've ever encountered in the building, I've been so impressed. Everyone is kind, gracious & super helpful.

There are no perfect places, especially when it comes to something so challenging as caring for your elderly loved ones, but Volante has been exceptional to my family! My mom has been there for around 3 years now. From the management down to all the caregivers, we have found them nothing but caring, diligent, and supportive to us all. Thank you for caring for her!

My mom is loving her new life here! As one of the most important decisions you'll ever make, the staff, particularly Meredith, Yasmine, and Jack, made the process and transition so smooth! They take the stress off your shoulders with their positivity, reassurance, and speedy communication. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Chef Jennings', and her team's, food is delicious and healthy. The nurses, caretakers, wellness staff, and maintenance staff are so efficient, kind and empathetic. It is clear the staff loves to assist elderly and ensures their emotional well-being in addition to their physical. My mom, who was reluctant to move into ALF, has been the happiest I've seen her since her Alzheimer's diagnosis. She wakes up every day and says "Let's get this party started!" The staff checks on her every 2 hours, administers her medication, assists with showers, and does her laundry/cleaning. As someone who is reluctant to eat, the staff brings her to meals and activities, and then she gobbles it up. I wholeheartedly trust & recommend Volante with the care of your loved one.

Words cannot express how thankful we are for Grand Villa’s Memory Care for our mother. From the first phone conversation inquiring about this facility, to the meeting of the staff, the move in, and now daily care of our mother, our family appreciates how personable and caring everyone is. They truly treat her as family. The open communication is amazing. Thank you for giving us peace of mind knowing our mom is getting the best care.

When my parents declined very suddenly and we needed immediate assistance, I began looking for facilities online. This was not ideal, but being across the country, this was my best way to find out my options. After reading about Grand Villa, I called and spoke with Scott (executive director). He and Carla (leasing director) were extremely helpful. They immediately began working with me and my family to get my parents an apartment as soon as possible. Because I had not seen the facility in person, I was prepared to walk away if the facility did not meet my standards. On the contrary, the facility and its staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Once I moved my mother in (dad was still hospitalized) the residents were very welcoming and expressed, unprompted, how much they liked Grand Villa and its staff. They also praised Scott, the executive director. The grounds are lovely, the food is good, the staff is kind and helpful, there are numerous activities of every kind. The doctor that works closely with Grand Villa is also excellent! Every concern of mine about my parents’ care was heard and promptly addressed. It gives me great comfort to know that the staff of Grand Villa is caring for my parents very well! They live up to their motto, “Looks like home, feels like family!”
