Our experience with Capital Caring during my loved one’s final days was distressing and deeply disappointing. Despite clear clinical signs of decline, we were pressured to approve a transfer and take on financial responsibility based on a remote, unsupported assessment claiming the patient was “stable.” Patient passed away just hours later. What should have been a time of peace and dignity became a traumatic and avoidable ordeal.
If you or your family have experienced similar concerns with Capital Caring, please feel free to contact me. I am more than willing to guide you through the appropriate complaint process or, if warranted, help connect you with legal counsel to evaluate whether pursuing a case is appropriate.
End-of-life care should be compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company last year. My father was very ill and initially he received palliative care and then at the very end hospice. These ladies were very caring and professional and helped us so much. I can not say enough great things about the care and compassion my dad received. I don’t know what I would have done without these ladies especially at the end. They were my angels. I had a horrible experience with my dads assisted living facility the last two days of his life and I don’t know what I would have done if I had not had their help
