If you want the actual deed to your property, this is not the title company for you. I was a first time home buyer and my realtor asked to go with this company. However we never received our deed and it’s now two and a half years after our signing. I just got off the phone with the recorder of deeds who said they mailed our deed to Kass Legal Group in Oct. 2022. Every time I have called, the voicemail box says the office is open but the secretary is not there. When I email Brian Kass he takes months to respond and forwards my emails to RJ but neither has answered my questions about the whereabouts of our deed. Deeply disturbing experience. EDIT: After posting this review, they did get back to me and finally sent me the deed, but it's unbelievable that they did not respond to my emails or voicemails, and only got back to me after I posted a google review--welcome to the 21st century I guess. If you want the actual deed to your property, this is likely not the place for you. In my inquiries, Mr. Kass emailed me saying that, "The original Deed is really not an important document to retain (as it used to be)." Everyone else I have spoken with, from other homeowners in Maryland to county officials, has said that the deed is of the utmost importance, and seemed disturbed that the actual deed had not been given to us. Proceed at your own risk.

Brian and his team facilitated a streamlined closing with great attention to the details. My closing was a bit more complex than usual (given there was a tenant in the house) and I greatly appreciated the care and support Brian provided. I would definitely use his services again.

Mr. Kass assisted me with a home purchase. From the beginning he impressed me with his responsiveness to my inquiry. He was extremely knowledgeable in the type of purchase I was making and answered all of my questions with clarity. Mr. Kass went above and beyond to me and my elderly mother comfortable with the process and took his time to explain each detail of the process when asked. On the day of closing he went out of his way to insure we could safely and effortlessly access his office and personally offered to meet us in the garage area to find suitable parking and escort us up. I contacted Brian on a Thursday to ask him to draft a real estate deed for us that we needed quickly. We are out of state and he was able to get the paperwork to us in a day.
