Islamic Society of the Washington Area (ISWA)

It’s a nice masjid with nice people! Loved the fact that the dhohor was lead by a youth huffaz. The masjid construction is big however the musalla part is relatively small compared to the size of the actual structure! They were having Eid Festival and were serving free food. they were delicious!!! People were friendly!! May Allah bless the people of the masjid and the community and may Allah keep this masjid and all other masjids safe from any harm! May Allah protect this community and Muslims all over the world! Ameen!

I had a wonderful experience with the Islamic Society of Washington. Their welcoming and inclusive community made me feel right at home. The mosque is beautifully designed and maintained, providing a peaceful place for prayer and reflection. The educational programs and events they offer are insightful and enriching, helping me learn more about Islamic culture and history. The members and leaders are warm, friendly, and always ready to answer questions or provide support. I highly recommend the Islamic Society of Washington to anyone interested in learning about Islam or looking for a welcoming community to be a part of.
