I don’t think I can write about my experience with Leslie without tears coming to my eyes. I’d tried grief counseling and a grief group for months after losing my dad but neither helped me learn to cope with my loss. When I hit rock bottom, I decided I needed to try someone new no matter the what it took and thank God that someone was Leslie. Her approach to grief and methods for management pulled me out of a nearly debilitating state - primarily her guidance on addressing a lot of traumatic visuals I was having. If you’re on the fence about beginning to do the work, one meeting with her will help you to feel empowered and in control…two things I felt grief robbed me of. Thank you, Leslie, for everything you’ve done for me❤️

Leslie knows a great deal about how complicated grief can be and understands it as well. She is open, sensitive, and very compassionate. You can trust her completely.

I would recommend this practice to anyone I know that is experiencing grief and struggling with making sense of these feelings. This counselor explained that grief is a very natural process and it is normal to have these feelings, yet sometimes the behaviors that we begin to associate with it might not be the most helpful or healing. Lots of experience ad very compassionate.
