The memorial service for our mother at Spring Hill was more beautiful and moving than we could have hoped. Tonja Hebrank made all the difference. When we learned that the chapel at Spring Hill was repairing damage from an ice storm and the only space available for the service was in the mausoleum, we were disappointed but still wanted to have the service st Spring Hill and visit our family’s graves. On Monday before the Saturday service we realized that since we were bringing Mother’s ashes from Florida anyway, to scatter them near places where she grew up in the Nashville area, it would be lovely to have her remaining ashes placed in a niche in the mausoleum at Spring Hill. I am so grateful that Tonja Hebrank answered my call that Monday to handle our last minute request. She immediately took me on a FaceTime tour of the mausoleum where I was able to pick the niche where mother’s urn would be placed. Tonja guided us through the entire process, got all the necessary documents signed in time (despite the malfunctioning corporate signature verification system) and made sure we had important information we would not have thought to ask about. If she wasn’t available to answer my calls right away, she always called back within minutes. She coordinated with her colleagues at Spring Hill, and with our cousin who officiated at the service, to ensure that everything went perfectly. Thank you, Tonja, for giving our whole family such wonderful memories.

I recently was offered a tour by Sheena, she was super informative, had lots of stories about the cemetery, and was funny! I had a great time learning about the place and looking at all the history in every garden. It was a great day and an awesome tour.

My older brother recently passed away unexpectedly, and one thing we all knew...he wanted to be buried next to our mother in Nashville. Considering we live in Utah, I knew it was going to be a challenge to get him out there. I called and was directed to Beth. She did an absolutely amazing job of helping me and my younger brother navigate something we never thought we would have to do. She took special care and did some research to see how much of our cultural beliefs could be followed for the burial. We were pleasantly surprised when almost all of the customs could be followed. She was able to put our father's mind at ease, knowing his culture would be represented. When it came to the cemetery stuff, David was super helpful and continues to be helpful as we are working on a marker for my brother. The crew at the cemetery were so kind and gentle. My brother is a big guy, and we needed help. While we had the grave side service, they were curious but respectful. The overall experience was much more comforting than I was prepared for. So thankful for the people at Springhill.

Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery in Nashville, TN is a wonderful establishment and beautiful cemetery. They recently handled my brother’s funeral preparations for his burial in The Nashville National Cemetery which is nearby. He was a veteran and was buried there with military honors. Spring Hill Funeral Home handled his cremation, coordinated the burial schedule with The Nashville National Cemetery and led the procession to the cemetery for the military burial ceremony. The staff were so kind and professional. I had questions and concerns about the procedure which they gladly answered and handled perfectly. At the last minute they quickly set up a room for us to gather for the eulogy because it was too cold that day to do it at the gravesite as planned. Spring Hill Funeral Home is lovely, spacious and quiet. There are fresh flowers available on site for visitors to put on loved ones’ graves. Gracie, Zach and Keri were wonderful to work with. Our 7 year old daughter passed away from Leukemia. We utilized the funeral and cemetery services. I'm thankful for all the services provided. Since day one we were treated with kindness, respect and so much empathy. They helped us providing some services for free and or at big discount.Our daughter looked so beautiful and she had a beautiful funeral and service.
