Compassionate and caring during funeral and burial process but that seems to be where the compassion and caring ends. Included foot stone in funeral package but it has been almost 5 months since funeral and still no foot stone or communication regarding foot stone. Was told the day of funeral I should receive a proof to sign off on with in a few days. Again it has been almost 5 months, no proof or stone and repeated calls, voicemails and emails have gone unanswered. They do a great job upfront but follow through is very much lacking. Followup as of 4/27/2026 Communication and follow through are still seriously lacking. After 9 months finally got a proof of foot stone. Signed off in November of 2025 and there is still no foot stone in place. Stopped by office 4/10/2026 and was told manager would contact me ASAP. Holdup was blamed on granite shortage? Still not heard from anyone. As several recent reviews and this one can attest they are terrible at communication, follow-up and follow through.

Had a great experience here at such a sad time which made the decision making faster and and less traumatic. Blair was awesome, can't say enough good things about her. Thanks so much Mt. Olivet.

The funeral home staff was attentive and supportive up until my uncle was laid to rest. After that point, communication and care declined significantly, and interactions became outright rude, which was deeply disappointing during an already difficult time. The grounds themselves are beautiful, and many members of my family are buried here. This review is not a reflection of the property, but of how we were treated, which ultimately fell far short of what grieving families deserve.

Rebecca was an asset to me with providing me with the information needed to make an appropriate decision for the grave markers for my parents. Anxiously waiting to see the final photo. Highly recommend!
