Traditions Health Hospice

Our nurse Rob took such great care of our mother. He truly was there for us when we needed him. I truly recommend Traditions. They all really came to our aid. We are mourning her loss, but we are relieved that she is at peace now. Love, The Foley Family (Kathleen, Shannon, and Brendan).

Unfortunately the time came when we had to put my mom on hospice. I am so happy we chose Traditions Health! Everyone has been exceptionally nice and profesional. Andrea is so beautiful inside and out. Her profetionslism is outstanding. She is so loving with my mom. Mom said she makes her feel very secure. Rob is also a very good and professional nurse. He is also very sweet and loving with mom and all of us. Thank you Andrea and Rob you have made this sad process a lot easier.

My wife,Deb was in Canyon Valley Memory Care for approx. 18 months. When it became time to bring in Hospice care. I was so impressed with the team! Karen, her nurse, Lee, the chaplain, Lynn,the social worker, and Andrea,who would assist with showering. Over time the friendships, continued to grow! Not only for Deb, but myself also. I was so impressed with Andrea. Her work ethic and compassion was so amazing! She would light up everyone’s day! Deb, just loved you and I did too. Thank you,Andrea Lee our Chaplain, God bless you for all you do. I just loved it, when Deb would reach out her hands and put them in yours, when you would say a prayer.That was special! Traditions Health provided a great support for us as we cared for my grandmother in our home. They were professional and compassionate on all levels of care. They showed concern for our surrounding family and infused me with the confidence I needed to care for her day by day and sometimes minute by minute. When questions or situations of all kinds arose (no matter what time or day) someone was always there to provide care or to brainstorm with us for solutions to help her live the highest quality of life possible for the remainder of her journey. Karen, her nurse and Letesha her CNA were both outstanding in their care for her as well as many others of you who also came through our home over the course of 3 admissions and about 5 years as I recall. Thank you!

We were unfamiliar with how hospice worked. Traditions Health was referred to us by some friends who had glowing remarks about their experience. So we gave them a try and we are so pleased with the services they provided during such an emotionally stressful time for us. Our RN, Rob was so informative and compassionate. Always available for us when we were scared or anxious. He spent time with us explaining processes, what to expect, how to cope. Andrea the home health care assistant was gentle and efficient. Debra the intake Nurse was informative and helpful. All in all they all cope and get through this sad experience. Thank you to all of them. We are still going through the process but it’s so much easier with the support we are getting firm Traditions Health.
