The health care staff at Peppi's House treated my wife, Jane Catharine, (1945-2026) with every respect, extraordinary skill, care and kindness. We are forever grateful.

After my mother was declared brain dead at TMC. The desk people allowed my mother's murderer to sign her into hospice with an expired POA allowing them to bully and terrorize me while taking over her end of life decisions. It was horrifying and I wish it on no one

…This wasn’t easy to post ….I know that No one wants to see their loved ones suffer from the pain. I can relate to whomever is going through the loss of their loved ones. I do know how hard it is to lose someone you know and love. I understand because I too have lost 😞 3 brothers a father and a nephew as well as a late spouse. The same place that gave my brothers and father a place of peace. I want to take this time to say, I appreciate you guys for all your hard work 😓 and for your support during my difficult times. Thank you 🙏 for your kindness and guidance on this difficult time. I may not know your situations but I know that your heart ❤️ is full of gratitude and love ❤️ for your patients. I too am grateful for your work ethics. I just want to say, May all your blessings pour down upon your souls. May your heart be filled with happiness as well as your spirit be filled with joy. 🥹 thank you to everyone that is working there! Stay true and stay blessed always. I am doing well now thanks to you guys.

Nurse Jeanna was not welcoming when my loved one went in there. When my sister and I met her, the nurse showed lack of compassion. My sister asked the nurse to do certain parts of her job, so that our loved one left this world with dignity. Jeanna kept trying to overcome some of my sister's requests. Instead of giving us a comfortable experience, she kept avoiding her responsibilities. We were very disappointed of the only night that our loved one was there. Jeanna has a bad attitude and showed lack of interest on doing her job. Thank you very much to the rest of the personnel who helped us during these difficult times and to Gail for praying for our loved one.

I can’t recommend TMC Hospice enough! They have been the greatest comfort in the most difficult time, we lost Mom a year ago today. From being available 24/7 in her remaining two weeks, to a sweet card at the 1 year point….truly have gone above and beyond. There have been friendly check ins and healing information shared to help us journey the loss of our beloved mother, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
