Bristol Hospice - Tucson

I don't recall the lady's name who took care of my mom but she was very compassionate and made sure she was comfortable. I don't know how I could have done this without their help. My mother lived a beautiful life and left us knowing we will always be in her heart. A peaceful rest mom you lived 95 years we could only be so lucky

Bristol Hospice was Amazing with us. Had a referral from my neighbor n gave them a call.. They immediately went to a scheduled a nurse twice a week n cna three times a week. They provided us with hospital equipment such as an oxygen machine, hospital bed, not like the hospital but something more simple n not so complex, n pharmacy products, such as bed liners, diapers, lotions, jell for rashes n so forth. They ordered meds n these meds were hand delivered to me. Unfortunately my x passed away within the week but he took great memories of the patients the CNAs took excellent care of bathing him n being extra careful of him m great patience.. All the staff that was assigned to him deserve a Big Thank You. You are angels disguised as normal humans. THANK YOU so much for being you n reaching out to me n Mary u are also included in my survey. I don’t know how many times u have been called in the middle of the night to give advice or to come as the coroner. God Bless U all. May you all end up with Bristol Hospice when the time comes . They are the Best of the Best’s .

Bristol Hospice of Tucson were absolutely amazing. They made sure my husband of 50 years was brought home comfortably and everything was set up and ready for him when he got home. They are a very caring group of professionals. They are gentle, thoughtful and loving. I would like to thank Whitney for all she did for us. She let us know what to expect through this process. She was very supportive, kind and informative and that helped ease us through a very difficult time. The other RNs and personnel who came to bath my husband or administer to him were kind and gentle also, we just saw Whitney more often. They all were very experienced end of life caregivers. All in all Bristol Hospice are an awesome group and I hope that they will be there for me when my time comes. Thank you Bristol Hospice

As a caring professional team Bristol Hospice is one of the best, a family in need can have.. The staff is compassionate and works in a timely manner on all occasions they are well prepared. We appreciate our connections in these stressful times.

Bristol hospice of Phoenix did an amazing job with a very tough situation. Our Dad had a stroke in the hospital, and we decided to follow his wishes and take him home to pass in familiar surroundings. Despite the significantly large amount of oxygen he was on, they did not hesitate to accept him and assist with a transfer to home. When he arrived home, there was a RN and CNA waiting for him. They got him settled in bed, gave him a bed bath and ensured we had everything we needed to care for him. The RN reviewed all the medications with us, showed us how to administer them. Each time we had a question, our calls were answered promptly, and we received the help we needed. Even when we needed an increase in comfort medications at 2am. Elizbeth and Tia were the nursing team we had. We also had pastor Art and social worker Liz, who validated that the feelings were going through were tough ones. Gabriel assisted with the transition as well, keeping us up to date the entire time. We could not have done this without the help of Bristol Hospice of Phoenix. I have been in senior health care for the past 38 years and have worked with hundreds of hospice cases. Bristol by far, provided the best care in the time that we needed it most. My father was able to pass away, peacefully, with his dog by his side, just as he wanted. Thank you Bristol!
