Super helpful. There was a pickup with the plots wr transferred 8 years ago from another state. When the time was coming to us needing to make sure everything was in order because my family member was about to pass away, Memphis Funeral Home worked after hours and on their own time off to correct their mistake. It wasnt the plots we had chosen in 2018, but w we still got amazing plot and it all worked out. They were really reassuring so that I wouldn't stress about this during a very stressful time in general. They treated us like family and never made me feel bad for calling with random questions. They Were awesome.

My family bought their first plot at Memphis Funeral Home in 1926. In those many years, and so many services since, they have never failed to be compassionate and professional in taking care of our loved ones. My mother was buried there a few days ago, and I was much impressed with the professionalism and heartfelt concern of their staff, especially our Funeral Director Kaylinn Winchell. I was asked by Kaylinn throughout the planning and the funeral if there was anything else she could do to ensure the service was thoughtful and respectful. I cannot imagine anything more important at such a time of grief than to have someone tell you "I've got this." . That alone let me focus on my loved ones. I could not recommend this funeral home or beautiful cemetery any higher.

Memphis Funeral Home took a tragic time in our lives and made it easier for our family. Devin Trexler was the main reason for this review, he was attentive, communicative, prompt to respond to questions and concerns. Patient and kind even when we were demanding he was understanding and compassionate.

Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens provided services for both my mom and dad in 2025. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The hard working staff were professional, friendly and supportive. We could not ask for anything more. Highly recommended them for your needs.

They provided the best service for my husband’s memorial service and their facility was beautifully decorated and prepared before everyone started to arrive. All of the staff were wonderful and always very prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. They made an already very difficult time much easier on myself and my family.
