I have been a funeral director for 34 years. My husband recently passed and I used Memorial Park. I was blown away by the compassion and professionalism they gave. Micheal Gramling, Will Terry, Cindy Folk, Milton, Amy, Phillip, Mark,Charles, Terry Richards (cemetery) …and especially precious Susan Roney -all were there for me…. This is NOT the entire list- it’s like the Grammy’s- I simply cannot list everyone. It was an amazing, flawless service. I wish I could give 1,000 stars. Thank you to everyone there for the most beautiful service ever.

Immediately upon arriving in Memphis, we went straight from the airport to the funeral home, where arrangements were made for us to visit my mother in law. In the days that followed, we returned to finalize the arrangements and had the privilege of being assisted by Charian, Matthew, and Alex. Each of them was kind, patient, supportive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout this painful process.
I asked Charian if it would be possible for us to visit my mother in law one more time before returning to California, and she went above and beyond to make that happen. Most importantly, my mother in law was treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, which meant everything to our family. Honoring her wishes, she will be cremated, and Charian is coordinating the arrangements for her to be delivered to us in California.
Matthew went out of his way to console my husband and offered him words of comfort and strength during an incredibly difficult time. Alex was also attentive and professional, ensuring that every detail was handled smoothly and respectfully.
In addition to the exceptional care we received, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent, which brought us peace of mind during such an overwhelming time.
Our experience was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Memorial Park Funeral to anyone facing a difficult situation, especially when your highest priority is ensuring your loved one is treated with the respect and care they deserve.
Thank you, Memorial Park Funeral, for your compassion and support during this challenging time.

Excellent excellent excellent. Memorial Park provided everything we needed to finalize our loved ones final resting place. The staff and funeral director, Kay Linn were available and professional. There were no unanswered questions and the funeral director provided options through visuals, had patience, and was competent in her field. She provided a comfortable setting to make decisions with my sisters about our Mother's day is Phenomenal Services. Thank you so much Kay Linn for your genuine concern and unwavering need to make sure we were satisfied with the final arrangements of our loved one.

Do not place your loved one here. My mom has been here for 1 year 3 months 17 days and it has been an on going issue with the grounds keepers and Zackery ( who sold me the plot) removing flower arrangements even after I placed the temporary tags that their office provides. No one knows anything today as to what happened to my mom’s arrangement. I want see if I can reach out to local media to see if they can get a number for corporate because I was told it only the people in the office. I notice they’ll send the African American employees to speak the African American clients. I paid up front for this plot and chose the place because my mom always thought it was a beautiful place. All of the pics below are from April 2024 to July 2025. No thanks to the response because when I asked for personnel information I was told there was no one else to speak to regarding the matter after your employee attempted to point out a section in a brochure regarding items to be placed. I did take a tour of the grounds that day and noticed the so called policy wasn’t being enforced everywhere. Like I stated to the people in the office that day I will make provision to adhere so that I can continue to visit my mom , continue to remove the pine needles and scrub her headstone.
