I want to thank Santana for being extremely quick, responsive, and supportive during my move-in process. She helped me with my move-in costs, including my first month’s rent and the fees that came with it. The process felt overwhelming at first, but Santana made everything so much easier by staying in communication and moving fast to make sure nothing was delayed. I am incredibly grateful for her help and for making this transition possible. I truly couldn’t have done this without her support.

DO NOT GET HELP FROM CATHOLIC CHARITIES!!!!@@MISUSE OF FUNDS
This place is corrupt , they tell you you and hour family are approved for up to two years then once you find a home they drop it on your head and your new landlord that they can drop you from the program at any time it isnt perminant ??? But you have a voucher for 1-2 years under my name it literally says "coupon" they told me becausr i dont have a job i vant continue the program . The director yelled at me ,so did my cadeworker. Then i got a notice stating i didng turn in my door dash stubs when the lead caseworker said "THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THAT PROGRAM" they stopped paying my voucher before the year ended? My caseworker was barney he is a very lazy man. He brings in carla to do his dirth work she pounded my window off track and nearly shattered it for a notice.
Take photos of everything because once you get released from program they will not give you your documents unless you have a lawyer "What lead caseworket said" I am going to sue this company for misuse of funds because in one year ive never seen so many individuals take so many unneeded vacations but take there time to even get us in a home. It took 3-4 months to get into a home when we had one set up from the get.
Barney will not answer or open his mouth he feels he can control you and your welbeing just because he is the caseworker. I believe he should own up because this is wrong to do to people you pickup from homeless shealtors . LEAVE US WITH EVICTION NOTICES .

Clerk was very unprofessional having a personal conversation told me to wait while she was done having her personal conversation about her personal life I explain my situation and explain needed help and not wanting eviction on my record suggested to take it to court and explain it to the judge about my situation 🙃

If they took the time to actually try and help people who are in need instead of picking and choosing who they will and won't help it would be a good organization. They make you go through a whole entire wait game only to tell you days and weeks later they can't help you?

They told me that I could apply and get rental assistance that it’s a perfect time to go on the application and wait for my turn to be contacted. I waited for three days for them to tell me they could not assist me and that my rent was too high to be assisted . Meanwhile, I told him my rent to begin with, and they didn’t say nothing about the limits of how high the rent needs to be in order to be assisted so now I’m even more days late on rent. Thanks to The person running the office she says she’s the only one in there which doesn’t make any sense because I can’t talk to anybody else to help me. This is overall a terrible experience and I wish this on nobody.
