The people were so kind and efficient.It was a wonderful experience

Recently had appointment for tax preparation. Arrived about 15 min. early for 11 am appointment. No other customers were present. About 11:15 a woman walk in was taken before us Her appointment she said was 11. I appreciate what Volunteers do however blatent discrimination and injected bias should not be accepted anywhere. Yes everyone was White, obviously we are not. Being poor doesn't give anyone permission to treat ANYONE like this. I will find help elsewhere.

The people at United Way are Amazing, I Love doing my taxes at United Way of North Central. Just Great people they are.

My wife called January 16th and scheduled an appointment for today February 8th at noon, we arrived early only to find THEIR computer had malfunctioned and lost our appointment. They had no openings, so we were left without our taxed being done. They screwed us up, thanks for nothing

This place is amazing I've been going there for years. They are a great resource to the community. If it wasn't for them helping me I would have struggled.. I highly recommend this place the people are nice the service is great..
