I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the help and support for my job counselor Anas, he have given me in finding a job. Your dedication, patience, and hard work have meant so much to me. I truly appreciate the effort you made, including traveling multiple times from Dallas to Fort Worth to assist me. Your commitment to helping me succeed did not go unnoticed, and I am very thankful for everything you have done. Thank you

This is a really good place. They truly care about helping people and make you feel supported. I especially want to thank my case manager, Mr. Mohammad Zuhoor Qurishi. He has been there for me every step of the way and has helped me so much. I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for everything he has done. He is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the people he helps. Thank you for all your support, Mr. Qurishi. You’re the best!

I had the opportunity to go on May 29,2026 to drop off paperwork. Well my first interaction was with two receptionist that did NOT greet me! As I introduced myself and told them I was there to see one of the representatives and hand him paperwork one proceeded to tell me they were close which I was confused to the website stating they closed at 5pm. I nicely asked if I was going to be able to hand in the paperwork and was told “Go sit over there, we don’t know. We just sent a message.” As I was there another family came in asking for help they were told “We don’t do that and we are not taking new people go find a lawyer.” Which in my opinion they did not be to be treated so harshly! They had no empathy or consideration for the family, they spoke to them with an attitude and very rude. The family left hopeless and unable to get guidance, one of them asked for a bathroom and the receptionist told him “We don’t have public bathrooms” which I proceeded to tell them that there wouldn’t be anything wrong with allowing someone to use the restroom which I got a response of “Well they are in the building and they are clean.” This was horrible!!!! As I finished my business there I asked if there was anyone I could make a complaint with and she didn’t want to tell me I explained to her that as the sign said charity it contradicted what they had done in not allowing someone to use the restroom. I asked again who I could make a complain to and she pointed to an older woman who was walking down the stairs. She had overheard what I had previously told the receptionist and I asked her if she had a minute to make a small complaint and her response was “I have to get to the airport so no I don’t have time.” Which I told her she didn’t have to have an attitude with me and that what was her job title there and she yelled at me telling me she was the CEO and that she was going to call the police to kick me out. Looking on their website her name is: Brenda Huffman Job title: Chief Operations Officer As a catholic this goes against the word of GOD and the beliefs of the church!!!!!!! You help others in need, maybe not solve the issue but simply guide others. Also not allowing someone to use a restroom or yelling and threatening them with the police, is not a great representation of the CATHOLIC CHARITIES If Brenda Huffman is a representative of Catholic Charities is because she is fit for the job and she represents the mission, vision and religious beliefs. Now I can confidently say that she does not meet the hat the mission and vision is. She needs to be human and treat people with respect not like they are under her. She needs to reread the companies website on what they stand for. And she needs to be honest with her title and not lie. They need new staff that has customers service experience and that can have empathy towards others and that they respect people.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hewad at Catholic Charities Dallas Central Service Center for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He helped me complete the evaluation of my diploma, and thanks to his assistance, my Master’s degree was successfully recognized in the United States. This is a very important step for my future career and professional development. What impressed me the most was his genuine willingness to help. He even sacrificed his own lunch break to stay and assist me with all the paperwork because I needed to leave urgently to pick up my child from school, and I had a long drive ahead of me. Without his help and patience, I would not have been able to finish everything on time. I am deeply thankful for his support, understanding, and professionalism. I would also like to express my appreciation to Arthur, who has been helping me throughout my case as well. He continuously supports me with job search guidance, professional development opportunities, recommendations for courses, and many other important resources. His dedication and willingness to help truly make a difference. Both Hewad and Arthur are doing an amazing job helping people and supporting their future in the United States. With great respect and gratitude, Daria Breslavets
