Clean facility! Great customer service, everyone is so nice. Quiet rooms! The list goes on and on for the good things this foundation does for the whole family.

Staying here was a pleasurable experience. Its not your typical hotel experience. It's more of a communal living environment. They provide 3 meals a day, for free. The other people staying at this location have background checks performed. Its safe. They have a few house rules. No food in your room. No drinks in your room. No televisions are provided in room. Quite time is after 9:00. The front desk workers were nice. They offer a shuttle, to and from appointments, if needed. Theyre informative too. Id recommend staying here.

I am so grateful that I can stay here during challenging time, free stay and food! Some old people came here to volunteerI really appreciate, they can stay at home enjoy their life instead they cook and clean for us! Such as blessing place, if I am rich, I will build places like this to help people.

My husband works for a mining place in Oklahoma and he runs heavy machinery that can be dangerous and kill him and after walking through this place and how strict it is we both agreed it was not for us and my husband never gets this feeling about a place or have anxiety attack. We both had a bad anxiety attack and PTSD came on about this place. Can't have food or drinks in the room; doesn't have a fridge in the room to store your own breast milk away from everyone else, they go through your mail and have boxes for everyone, can't have weapons (we are from Oklahoma and we carry our own), gives you an hour on when you can eat 3 times a day, can't have visitors in the room and have to be in front of other families, throws on wrist bands, runs a background check on family members and takes license away till your about to leave, have to sign in and out and tell them where your going, and much more! We are in Plano TX for our son who is 2 weeks old and it's an hour away from the hospital, my momma heart couldn't take it. I'm sorry but taking away people's rights in a place that is supposed to help families is ridiculous and being that strict on a full page of rules is ridiculous! We talked with the caseworker and told her it wasn't for us but we appreciated the help through the hospital. This felt like a prison and even before you walk in you can sense the feeling something is not right about this place. We was so shocked and confused on this place and it gave off creepy vibes like a prison. All you people giving this a 4 or 5 stars and says it's wonderful is crazy!

Absolutely the biggest blessing. My child was in TX for 7 weeks of treatment. To have a place to stay and meals to not worry about was such a huge weight off my shoulders so I could focus my time and attention on my child. Only wish they would fix the sign light. It would make arriving at night so much more welcoming.
