Great experience but would have appreciated a new pen I could sign with and keep as I felt being handed used pen was not sanitary.

Excellent job from the service department. One item I think I would change is when the customer goes to pick up his or her car and employee drives your car around to the front for pickup and then leaves the keys in the auto and comes to get the customer and presents them with their bill and after that the customer has to go to the cashier and some times wait in line to pay the bill. Giving a thief plenty of time to take you car. I feel it would be much safer to get your keys from the cashier at the time you pay your bill. Thank you, Richard
