Redeemer Hospice

The team at Redeemer Hospice provided incredible care for our dear family friend. They didn’t just manage the medical needs; they truly went the extra mile to provide support to our entire family during a difficult time. The RN’s, social worker, and CNA were all very compassionate, professional, and always available. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

They were very helpful & they explained everything very well. They made sure we understood that they wanted him to be as comfortable as he could be and as painless as he could. The nurse answered every time we called & the time didn’t matter, he was always available. The counselor was also very nice and made sure we knew that we had her support. They also helped us by bringing all the supplies that were needed to keep him as comfortable as possible.

Our experience with Redeemer Hospice was absolutely amazing. The RN Martin Gallegos did an incredible job caring for my grandmother. The amount of care, education, and support he provided for her and us was exceptional. I greatly appreciate him for treating my grandmother with so much compassion and dignity. He not only treated our grandmother, but also our family with respect and always valued our opinions, and even went out of his way to help our every question. The CNA Mrs. Pulido was such a great support to our grandmother as well. She was loving and compassionate. Ms. Jacqueline Vasquez was an outstanding Social worker who provided the best therapeutic supports for my family and I. Both social worker and RN consistently and whole heartedly made sure our families well being was taken care of. Best support team from Redeemer hospice! Our family Highly recommends this agency.

This company doesn't meet the needs of families in crisis when a family member is dying. They don't return calls even when they advertise that they are available 24/7. They are not compassionate toward family or their loved ones. They do not follow the torts of the Texas Board of Nurses which is to educate show compassion or comfort to families and their loved ones. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would love to thank Mrs. Carrillo, Edgar, Mr. Garcia, and Rene for their level of professionalism and empathy in our time of need. They listened to our family's concern regarding my father and took the initiative and determination to give him the adequate healthcare he needed. My heart goes out to these wonderful people who helped and guided us during this very difficult time in our lives. I highly recommend their services for your loved one.
