Altus Hospice provided incredible care and compassion for both my uncle and grandmother during their final days. Their team was attentive, respectful, and always available—not just for them, but for our entire family. I especially appreciated the way they supported my mother, who was the primary caretaker. They treated her with kindness, gave her peace of mind, and walked with us through every step. We are truly grateful for the comfort and dignity they provided during such a difficult time.

The staff at Altus Hospice is excellent! They admitted my father as soon as I called them and took very good care of him. The nurses always answered my calls at any time of the day and made sure to keep my father comfortable. The team of nurses, office staff, Chaplain and Social Worker all did an excellent job and followed up with me after my father’s passing. I would highly recommend Altus Hospice. Thank you Altus for your professional and compassionate care.

The entire staff is wonderful, they care deeply for every patient, going beyond what is required or asked of them. In one of the most difficult times in a family’s life, it is a comforting assurance knowing that our loved ones are being taken care of with the utmost respect, dignity and love.

The staff at Hospice are truly genuine and compassionate in their care and service. Upon hearing that one of my family members needed hospice care, they immediately came to assess and started coordinating services for him. During that time of uncertainty, their efficiency and patience was most appreciated. Thank you Altus for all you do for the community.

Our family has had several family members under the Care of Altus Hospice throughout the passed years. The entire Altus Hospice Team has helped us get through some of the toughest times we faced. The Nurses, CNA's, Chaplain, and Social worker have all shown compassion, patience, and guidance when we needed it most. Thank You Altus Hospice - Laredo for caring for our family memebers during their end of life.
