On the hardest days of my father's last we met a very hard working person that did so much for not just my father but for the family we greatly appreciate Kasandra that works for Laredo Hospice she went over and above to keep my father as comfortable and happy as she could I will never forget when she brought him 2 ice-cream sunday's lol made him very happy to see her and the sunday's...Keep up the good work Kasandra

They gave my Uncle the best of care and were very attentive and caring ... Thank you for helping in the toughest of times !!

Main nurse and Cna were great no bad reviews about them, they took care of my mom so well and were so attentive to her and to us. However when my mom was in her final weeks she had terrible terminal agitation and the head nurse in charge didn't give any meds for it she needed sedation, instead she was restless and wanted to get out of bed and couldn't sleep and my dad either, I had to research through Tiktok from another Hospice nurses with many years of experience the recommendations at near the end of life meds and handling, and had to educate myself and my dad because we were new navigating anticipated grief, grief itself and how the last weeks of life would look like. it will be my mom's first year in January 11th 2026 and I have NEVER heard back from the social worker, EVER. She told me there was going to be support even after the 1st year of passing with grief tools support and never heard back from the agency again. Once i called her and was in a meeting and never called back, very disappointed...

I can't thank Laredo Hospice enough! Analisa- From my initial call, until the very end, was the most wonderful and pleasant individual. She's diligent, dedicated, focused, professional, takes pride in her work, I could go on forever! She guided me through every step of the way, never leaving us in the dark during such a difficult time. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you to Fernando, who went out of his way to go visit my father on the day of his passing. I called Laredo Hospice main number and it was Fernando who I spoke to. Made him aware I lived out of town and the center, in which my father was staying at, failed to take or return any of my and family's calls. Thank you to the nurses Selena and Daniel, as well. My family and myself sincerely appreciate absolutely everything!

Each member of this magnificent team goes above and beyond measure to explain in detail to the fullest any and all questions. Also quick to deliver much needed supplies and equipment making it very easy for those of us that cannot leave our loved ones. Eternally grateful to Laredo Hospice.
