When my mother passed away I called Louisville Memorial Gardens to take care of my mother’s arrangements. There aren’t enough words that I can say to express what a help Alyson was during such a difficult time. Alyson was very professional and compassionate in helping us with the decision making and was very knowledgeable about any question I asked. The staff at Louisville Memorial Gardens East were a great help to our family during a difficult time. Alyson and Paola were caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. They helped us to put together a beautiful funeral service for my Mom and were even able to find her a burial plot next to my aunt.

The whole experience was both compassionate and professional. The staff made every effort to provide for anything we needed. Alyson was our funeral director and, with the help of Paola, they were able to accommodate our needs. They never stopped asking if we needed anything else. They were constantly executing their tasks at hand expertly in a difficult time for us. All of us were highly impressed with the accommodations provided by this dedicated group. No one should ever have to deal with the experience of losing a baby, but Alyson was able to take care of us in an extremely compassionate and sensitive way during the worst moment of my life. Every step from start to finish, Alyson was knowledgeable and guided us through making the difficult decisions we had to make. I’m thankful for her care over our baby’s ashes, and the continued care she’s offered with helpful us with memorial jewelry.

Louisville Memorial Gardens East does such a wonderful job. We recently held my mom’s services there in March and the funeral director, Alyson, was amazing! She is such a kind and considerate soul and went out of the way to make sure all our family’s needs were taken care of. She responded quickly to calls and texts and accommodated our requests without hesitation. Paola is also lovely, caring, and accommodating - truly the entire staff is fantastic. The facility and the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. I am thankful we entrusted them to help us during this difficult season.
