TJ Tadesse was so helpful to me and my sister. We were having trouble finding my sister’s friend’s grave. We went to the office to ask for help locating it and TJ offered to ride with us to find it. Of course, he went right to it. He was friendly, helpful and kind. We appreciate TJ.
Thanks,

Wonderful people, Kendra was the first that I met there , She greeted me with a warm smile. Grief is hard to deal with, but she helped with the funeral planning. Also, it was only supposed to be a private entombment, without the viewing, but she saw to it that we were all allowed to say our final goodbye. Every employee no matter what their status has always been kind and caring over the years. Just a personal thank you to each and every one of you, we don’t always acknowledge you in our difficult moments, but we love you and know that your jobs are difficult and important too.

The funeral home was amazing. My dad passed away and I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated caring team. Mike and Kendra was great!! They made sure everything was perfect and was so kind. Losing my dad was very unexpected and tragic for my family. They made it amazing!! The family grief guy was super supportive and so understanding. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping my dads service be amazing. Thanks guys!!

I had a difficult meeting today that I was not looking forward too. Within minutes TJ had me feeling so comfortable. He is such a compassionate person, a wonderful listener and truly caring...like an old friend. I really enjoyed a couple stories he shared with me as well. The knowledge and much comfort he provided totally blessed my day. Thank you for that blessing TJ!

I came to town from Texas to take care of arrangements for my sister, who’s battling dementia. As her older brother It hasn’t been easy, but meeting TJ was truly a blessing. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared. He listened to my stories, showed me where my sister will one day rest, and gave me a hug when I needed it most. In such a hard moment, TJ brought comfort and peace. If you ever visit Louisville Memorial Gardens West, ask for TJ — he’s one of a kind.
