Last October 2024, I moved my Mom to Clarity Hospice to help make her more comfortable and support her as she transitioned. For me as a caregiver, it truly became a home away from home. The staff was compassionate and treated us like family. Losing a loved one is painful, however, having a supportive team like Clarity certainly eases the pain. I miss my Mom, however, o have so many great moments and memories that Clarity helped make happen. Thank You Clarity!

We moved my Father here last week for transitioning. I was super nervous after our experience with a rehab facility with his first stroke in 2021. The crossing was the best choice! The staff was so caring, compassionate, and gentle. Not only to my Father but to his family. Especially me who had 1000 questions all of the time. The facility was clean and well kept. Would 1000% recommend.

My father transitioned 2024. Everything was good. Staff was polite. The only confusing part we had to get clarified was who's the person(s) in charge since more than one company operated in the one facility. I would recommend this facility.

Let me begin by saying I am a medical professional, so it is rather difficult to impress me. My father was hospitalized at the Crossing during his last days of life, and I will forever be grateful for the experience. Every interaction was joyful despite the circumstance. The team displayed such kindness and compassion. I can tell the staff had passion for their job which is difficult to find today. The Director of Nursing, Terry, is dedicated to her craft. Not only was she very knowledgeable , but she had her heart invested our family, and she wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, the facility was very warm and inviting. It provided ample space for our family, kids center for my sisters twins to come visit, the kitchen very clean so we can make meals there and eat, the rooms were spacious, we were comfortable, allowing us never having to leave his side. Every interaction with any staff member (cleaning staff, nursing, aids, social worker, clergy, liaison, and administrative staff) was on point, filled with love and sincerity. When my father came close to passing, they performed a beautiful blessing, and then they discovered my father was a veteran by observing the American Flags we hung in his room. They came back to do a second blessing, pinning an American Flag to his hospital gown. This was especially meaningful to me, because he was an immigrant and he loves America! I cannot be more thankful and impressed by the level of detail they paid attention to, and the compassion and thoughtfulness they provided our family and my father during this time. He fell asleep the day before he passed and never woke up. He remained comfortable, pain free, and did not suffer, all thanks to the services Clarity provided. We, as a family, were truly blessed.

What a God send group of people. I can’t imagine going through the worse time of my life without them. The compassion they have toward their patients is second to none. But, they way they help the family to understand and accept the process that is inevitable; I cannot put into words. I always knew that Hospice Nurses and staff were special people, but my experience with Clarity Hospice and The Crossing helped me to accept and say goodbye to my dad for now, until we meet again! Thank You Chad, Terri, Paige, Michelle and all the other wonderful staff at The Crossing and Clarity Hospice. You are making a difference in this world, one patient at a time! My Sincere Gratitude for our paths crossing and now knowing you. ❤️Sincerely, Latishia Adams
