This company has such incredibly caring people that work here... If you get Renee as your on call nurse when your loved one arrives at your home, then know that your loved one will be taken care of and prepared for comfort and set up for potential issues... If you get Kasey as your regularly scheduled nurse, then you will have the kindest, most geniune person taking care of your loved one... And, if you have questions or concerns and you get Missy in the office, then know that she will help you advocate for your needs and motivate you as the voice of your loved one. Also, Jaquelle was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my loved one's urgent needs were met... As long as these people continue to work here, then this company is the best place during a rough time.

I cannot say enough to do justice to this amazing hospice in Baton Rouge. They genuinely care about their patients. All their staff are exceptional. My father who is under home hospice loves his nurses and the aide. Whatever they do, they do it with love. Thank you Heart of Hospice of Baton Rouge for your great work.

Wow! What a blessing Heart of Hospice has been to our family! Every interaction we have had has been abundantly positive. We are always happy to see them come. From the nurse, to the aides, to the chaplain, social worker, medical equipment staff, and pharmacy providers. They have all been amazing! Heart of Hospice-Baton Rouge has been a true blessing to me and my family. Everyone on the team took excellent care of my mother, who had late stage Alzheimer's Disease when she began their services. We were very blessed to have these angels to care for my mom, as well as help and support us the final 10 months of her life. All of the employees are very professional and exude compassion for their patients. Ann-CNA was fabulous and kept my mom impeccably clean, well groomed, and her skin pristine. Every one of the team members went out of their way to be there for all of us...each one of them are very special people. I recommend them to everyone who may be in need of their services. Heart of Hospice-BR stands out head and shoulders above the rest. They are unlike any other. I will always be deeply grateful and appreciative of all of the many things HOH-BR have done and are still doing for our family....received a letter from the bereavement coordinator today.
