Heartland Hospice

I am so grateful for the support, compassion, kindness and care for my family member. The relationship began with Claire & Ashley to introduce Heartland Hospice and hold my hand. Then we met Janet K., hospice nurse...who quickly felt like family. Janet was always there. Janet listened and guided us. She was with us every step of the way. I don't know how I could have handled the passing without Janet. Everyday Shawntale, CNA visited John to support him. She showed such compassion, humility and care When there were a few issues with the facility, Ashley was there! She answered my text messages within minutes, quickly addressing the issues. The words "Thank You" are inadequate to express my appreciation for the love and support from Janet, Shawntale, Claire, Ashley, and everyone e at Heartland Hospice

Heartland Hospice services provided comfortable care focused on our mothers needs and wishes. From the beginning of the process up until the end our mother was comforted in knowing that Xiao or Janet would be visiting that day. They were great in following up and answering all of our questions. We are very grateful for the help that they gave us during this difficult period.

Highly recommend Heartland Hospice, their Hospice Care Consultant (Patrice), Hospital Clinical Liaison's (Brianna and Claire) are all very caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and will be so supportive at one of the hardest times for families'.

The staff at Heartland is absolutely amazing. The level of attention, care, and kindness that my father received was far beyond what I had expected. I will forever be grateful for how well he was treated. Knowing how well he was treated gave me one less thing to worry about at a difficult time.

Recently, a family member had to go to this facility with some health issues. We were greeted by our nurse, Laura Olivas, who made us feel incredibly comfortable with everything that was going on. She had amazing knowledge and was very professional and easy to talk to. A lot of times, when it comes to health matters, doctors and nurses talk to you like you are a nurse or doctor. Laura explained everything with great detail and the plan of action going forward! I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge her because you don’t get this kind of care and hospitality at most places. As a family, we feel great about Laura, the team, and the facility going forward. Thank you Laura. You made something that could have been incredibly difficult very easy for all of us, including our family member in her care!
