I can't say enough good things about Continuum Hospice. My father was under their care and they are all angels! The whole team was extremely attentive, and they were all so wonderful about keeping my sisters and me informed of everything. The nurse, social worker, chaplain, music therapist and the hospice aide were all so kind and caring. I can't recommend Continuum Hospice enough!

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time after losing my sister because she received top quality care with continuum and I wanted everybody to know how highly I recommend it.. Their team is top notch. Her nurse, Amy, was the most compassionate, kind, and caring nurse, and took the best care of our sister. She also had the most incredible nurse named Mackenzie who would come in bathe her, put lotion on her, visit with her and show her so much love. She was never in a rush. I’m so thankful for Tiffany for recommending this company.

I cannot rave enough about this hospice organization. Sounds funny right? Raving about Hospice? I was referred by a friend who knows the director (Patrick I believe). I spoke with him directly and was very impressed with all they had to offer. My wife’s nurse was Armie and we were so grateful for the care and support she provided us all during such a difficult time. We had numerous after hours nurses who were all angels in my opinion, Amy RN is one who comes to mind. We had an amazing music therapist who came twice a month and did wonders with my sweet wife.
If you are looking for compassionate care by true angels, I would call this organization.

Cannot recommend. Some employees were good until they left and new people were assigned. I felt management was rude and not responsive to requests for services that were supposed to be provided under the agreement we signed. This was a couple years ago and hopefully they have improved. Unfortunately it soured me on the whole idea of hospice. Understand that if you go on hospice at some point they will require you provide 24/7 care, either with family members or you hire and pay out of pocket. Of note the hospice nurse refused to come and see my mother when she got covid during the time she was on hospice. She was on her own. Luckily she survived and we did get her off hospice eventually. Hospice is good for many people but after our experience, I would be hesitant to use Continuum.

If I was in a position to choose a hospice for my loved one, I would not choose this company again. The first nurse we had, Christina, was so detached and unsupportive. Anytime we’d call, it felt like we were a burden. Mom had a bad fall. I reached out and asked for a call back. She said she would call, but did not. I had to call her after waiting so long. Mom was unconscious after that fall for 3 days, makes me so infuriated. We didn’t want to switch hospices because we thought it would be too much of a hassle with mom in the condition she was in and having to switch out equipment. Looking back, we should have. After the fall, I moved mom in with me, and the nurse changed to Armie. One of the good things about that hospice is her. She genuinely cared and you could feel her sincerity. Eventually, we had to move her to an adult family home. The nurse switched to Pearl, and she was the only other good thing about this company. Mom began actively transitioning, and at one point, began aspirating. The caregiver called after hours. You’d think they would call back pretty quickly, but nope, I had to call in again and demand a nurse call.
I would not recommend this hospice. Families deserve compassionate and responsive care during end-of-life moments, and this company simply did not deliver that for us.
