Although we could not find a behavioral therapist for our son in person through Thriveworks, the virtual therapist, Mikayla, was amazing. She actually identified that our son would benefit from therapy in person and did some research to help us find someone else nearby. Impressive.

This is my first direct experience with mental health therapy. It was nice having a detailed directory of therapists to choose from. I'm only three sessions in, but Nicole has been great at getting to know my situation and giving advice on how to make small changes to have healthier interactions.
My only complaint is about the company's customer service department. I had a question about insurance which the person on the phone couldn't solve, so they gave me an email address (which I would have preferred to use in the first place, but doesn't seem to be public). Although the person I emailed fixed the issue, their brief email response didn't make it clear whether they had understood the issue, so I was left wondering until later if it had truly been solved. A few extra words could have clarified and set my mind at ease.

My therapist, Kristina Turner, did a fine job with my initial visit. She was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She is a good listener and answered all my questions. She is easy to talk to and I look forward to my next visit with her. I wish her all the best.

Jen Cramer is a kind, compassionate and a very skilled therapist. I have worked with her and was amazed by her abilities. What struck me the most was her drive to find pertinent resources for her patients. She would never let them feel that they are alone in their path to recovery. I would strongly recommend Jen for anyone who is looking for a therapist and a lifelong compassionate supporter of their recovery process.
