They’re terrible to children and they don’t care to do their job correctly. They don’t honor the visitation times that comes from a JUDGE and absolutely needs to be followed or else they shouldn’t have any contracts with DCS. The only good employee here is Amelia. She is wonderful and kind to me and my children. Otherwise watch out!!! Be prepared to go to a small office room with just a table as you are being supervised. They don’t care to make it comfortable for the children they have no where to even prepare food for your children. A lot of kids come right from school and are hungry! It’s ridiculous! I DONT RECOMMEND!

I do not leave negative reviews, but I feel that I need to speak up in this circumstance. The office staff has poor communication and follow-up. Promises are made and not kept. My family has been waiting to be paired with a counselor since April. Each time we are given a name of someone with availability - nobody reaches out. The office staff fails to call and inform us of the change. They instead leave us waiting for a week or more expecting a call that never comes. Do not trust your family with this this practice if you value integrity and communication.
