Jessica is an exceptional therapist. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate. She asks thoughtful questions, offers practical tools, and helps me see situations from healthier and more balanced perspectives. I appreciate how intentional and present she is during sessions. If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and is highly skilled, I would absolutely recommend Jessica.

I had a pleasant experience. The office was clean, quiet. My therapist Dr.phyllis Ferguson -Collum was professional, courteous and pleasant to talk to.

I’ve tried the carrot, I’ve tried the stick. Because the people who own Thriveworks do not speak English as their primary language they are not responsive to the psychological needs of their clients. My name is Greg Miller . AVOID THRIVEWORKS AT ALL COSTS..!!! I’ve tried numerous times to complete my assessments. I’ve spent hours over a 3-5 minute self assessment. Thriveworks does not stand behind their assessments so I urge everyone reading this to ignore any assessments or anything they send you to fill out. It has caused me much unnecessary anxiety and deepens my depression. Do not use Thriveworks dashboard. It does not work. I give Becca 5 stars. I give Thriveworks less ZERO STARS, this review has been removed from public view because it does not paint Thriveworks in a positive view.

I felt comfortable immediately with my therapist. She was caring, compassionate and friendly. The Zoom session connected easily and I had a good video image the entire time. Only thing I wish is sessions could be longer lol! I could have talked to her for another hour! It was very easy to register with Thriveworks. Emails for appointment reminder, forms to be electronically signed and my therapist sent me an email with her information. I definitely recommend Thriveworks for mental health care. Cindy
