Riggs Crossing Senior Residences was my brother’s first choice for senior apartment living, and from our very first visit, we knew it was the right decision. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jenna Howard, who has truly been our shining star since day one. She provided a detailed overview of the community, gave us a wonderful tour of several apartments, and guided us through every step of the process. My brother instantly fell in love with the warm atmosphere and beautiful environment—it truly felt like home. Riggs Crossing offers so many great amenities, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Ms. Jenna herself. Her professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service set the tone for everything that followed. She kept us informed, answered every question with patience, and made the transition smooth and stress-free. She is always there when needed. We all know that leasing offices can be extremely busy, but what stands out most is that Ms. Jenna always makes time to assist and truly cares about the residents. Also, she truly loves what she is doing and that makes the residents happy. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Brandy, who is equally friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. It’s clear that teamwork is at the heart of this community—the staff here is simply amazing. A special thank you as well to Juan, who consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever my brother submits a maintenance request, it’s completed the same day! His positive attitude, reliability, and outstanding customer service truly make a difference in daily living for the seniors who call Riggs Crossing home. Overall, Riggs Crossing Senior Residences has exceeded our expectations, thanks to a wonderful team that genuinely cares about its residents and goes above and beyond to make them feel valued and supported.

I moved in a month ago. I found Jenna to be a approachable and helpful person. Although, she's busy she finds time to assist you.

This is one of the most unprofessional leasing offices I have ever encountered. The leasing agent, Jana, was unpatient and interrupted me constantly. Her treatment also suggested unfairness is in their screening process for perspective tenant's to their community. I will be filing a formal legal housing complaint against this community.

I just want to say, That I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Riggs crossing senior apartments. Miss Lynette Harris was very professional and helpful. Thank God for people like her.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Lynnette Harris, Senior Community Manager, and she was professional, precise and hardworking with us Seniors to help establish us in our new residence.
