My husband was in a nursing home slowly recovering from a devastating surgery, and of course I was horribly upset. These people charged me twice for the same services performed while he was in the home, and when I realized I had paid them twice, I tried to get them to refund me, I got a total runaround, and they still owe me $33 seven months later. Yeah, it could have been worse, but it's not a good business practice that makes you friends and does not earn happy recommendations.
