Pillar Church of Washington, DC

Such a welcoming place that always makes us feel like family. We love this church.

This church is the best church I have ever attended in my life. The people there really make it feel like you're a part of a family, and that family is God's family. They encourage you and push you towards Jesus. As far as parking goes, this is DC we're talking about here what can you expect? It is most definitely kid friendly. If you want to know what kind of preaching it is you can go to their website, but know that their main pastor to prepare for the surman he reads the Bible reads about the Bible studies the Bible and shares the Bible. Their mission is to know Jesus and to make him know in DC and around the world. Again going to this church is a life changing experience and will hopefully bring you closer to Christ if you are willing for him to draw you to him.

Visiting from out of state and the church was very welcoming to my husband, four children and myself. The service lasted about an hour and a half and then people took the time to meet us while we had coffee and cookies. Would recommend to other travelers looking to worship during their DC stay. :)

Our family has been so blessed to be involved with Pillar DC. The first thing that stuck out to us was the genuine care the members have for one another. With solid Biblical teaching, great community, corporate worship and the fact that our kids love coming every Sunday- we are so grateful for this church. Ever since our first meeting, our kids felt right at home and have made great friends.

These people are my family! I’m from a southern state and family is quite a distance away. Pillar Church has provided more then they will ever know for me and my family. They truly aline themselves with the Act model of Church love, care and accountability. I’m thankful to be part of such a group of faithful believers.
