I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism, dedication and care that we have received from our care coordinator, Ms. Victoria, and caregiver, Ms. Abla. They have shown themselves to be true Angels. While it was initially hard for my Mom to accept outside help, their warmth, compassion and reliability have connected them with my Mom. They both communicate well and understand my Mom’s needs. My Mom enjoys Ms. Abla’s visiting and now looks forward to it. She also feels comfortable communicating with Ms. Victoria any scheduling and other needs and Ms. Victoria works with her. Ms. Victoria is very responsive and understanding and listens to what my Mom needs.

I had a wonderful experience working with the HR Manager at Visiting Angels. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about both clients and caregivers. They made the entire process smooth and reassuring, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure my needs were met. I had the chance to speak with Paul recently about Senior home care and respite. I was incredibly impressed. You can immediately tell he truly cares about the seniors and families he serves. With more than 25 years of experience, his knowledge, compassion, and professionalism really stand out. It was clear to me that he has dedicated his career to providing quality care in the community. Paul and Joan are two wonderful people - they are kind, thoughtful and very patient — they go out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, everything was set up properly, and all our needs were met. They are people of true integrity, they want to help people and be a resource. It's clear this is their passion. It's amazing how many wonderful people they have working in their organization. I cannot stay enough about them, their staff, and caregivers! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
