My experience with Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest and Hillcrest Memorial Park was disappointing after the services were completed.
The funeral services themselves were handled professionally. However, the granite marker installed for my parents was not set level. One end of the marker sits above the ground to the point that fingers can be slid underneath it, while the opposite end is buried in the dirt.
I brought this issue to the cemetery's attention multiple times and requested that it be corrected. Despite repeated requests, the problem has not been resolved.
What has been most frustrating is the contrast between the responsiveness during the funeral arrangements and the lack of follow-through afterward. Once services were completed and payment had been made, customer service effectively ended. Recently, I received marketing emails encouraging me to preplan future funeral and cemetery services, despite an outstanding issue that remains unresolved.
I would encourage management to focus on correcting existing customer concerns before soliciting additional business. I would gladly update this review if the marker is properly repaired.

During our loved ones funeral everything was good, thank you. I do have one complaint though, while I know it doesn't happen to just us it would be greatly appreciated that one someone new is buried, if the diggers could please leave the things in the other grave sites how they found it and not just thrown on the ground

Carlos was Exceptional and very patient and he was able to answer all of my questions. He made sure I had access to all the forms needed as well as sending them to in different ways in case I had an error with one of them. Carlos was quick to return any of my phone calls or emails never leaving me in the dark.
I would recommend Carlos for anyone that may have a family need. I also worked with Jamie Lynn with a previous Family member. She was also exceptional, patient and very helpful.

Funeral part went Seamlessly and Jamie Len & Joshua were Amazing!!
Cemetery Part Sucks!!!! All New Employees with Very little training and then they have someone training who screwed up on another family member cemetery part!!! I let them know upfront I would not be purchasing my moms headstone from them and they forgot to have me sign papers
Then day of making arrangement I told them I wanted to be present while headstone was being placed, I called followed up on the marker it was there they were supposed to get back with me on scheduling so that I could be present!! And they DID NOT!!! Yeah maybe most do not want to be present but I did they took that from me!!! It was the final gift I could give my mama and they took that!!! No ONE in the cemetery part knows what they are doing!!! CEMETERY PART SUCKS and needs way more training before meeting with families, and don’t have a screw up training a NEW person!!!

Didn’t purchase none of the decorations from them. Was stressing on having everything set up on time. When I arrived. The employees had everything set up so beautiful. I don’t think I could have done a better job myself. They were very helpful and made the service more comfortable and warming.
