In a difficult time Miguel at NE cemetery was a great help and very comforting. The entire process was easy and I felt like our family mattered to them. My Dad actually was an old motorcycle buddy with Digger Helm so he always knew that Greenlawn cares. Special shout out to Ruben and Reyes for their kindness of setting dad's headstone for us today and I could see before leaving for AZ.

Jesse Ibarra took great care of us and helped us plan my mother’s memorial after her passing. After he helped us, he set us up with an amazing, caring, and very detail-oriented funeral arranger, Icela Landaverde, who also did an amazing job not only taking care of my mother but also us as well when it came to putting together and arranging my mom’s memorial. I would definitely recommend both Jesse Ibarra and Icela Landaverde! They will not only do their best to accommodate your needs but will take good care of your family and loved ones.

She took the time to explain all the available options, and her guidance made the entire process much easier during a difficult time. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and meaningful celebration of life for my mother. David, Chris, and Chelsie were absolutely wonderful from start to finish—caring, professional, and attentive to our needs. They were accommodating and kept us informed throughout the entire event, communicating clearly so everything ran smoothly. We originally planned for about 300 people, but more than 500 showed up to honor her. The staff at Greenlawn Cemetery SW handled the overflow with such grace. They set up extra chairs and tables, and even opened an additional room during the reception. Being able to hold the entire service and reception in one place made everything so much easier on our family during such a difficult time. So many people have reached out since to tell us it was the most beautiful and touching celebration of life they’ve ever attended. That means the world to us. It brought us so much comfort and peace, serving as a perfect symbol that my mother is now in heaven.

I contacted Green Lawn to find out if they could take my mothers body to their mortuary, so that the Boston University could then procure her brain for research prior to her prepaid cremation. Devin and the staff at Green Lawn were very kind to explain everything and how this might work for us. I was very upset and frustrated by the run around I was getting from the cremation folks, and their kindness, patience, and even repetition of the details was so very helpful and reassuring. It was very important to My 100-1/2 yr old mother to have the special urn that she had picked out years ago, and to use the custom decorated California Certified alternative Cremation Container that had been prepared by her loved ones with photos, flowers, and special sentiments written on it. Green Lawn took care of these personal requests without any hesitation. I highly recommend Green Lawn for their kindness, personalized service, and professionalism for helping my family at a very tender time.
