My mom passed in 2024, and we ordered her gravestone through this company. It has now been over a year, and I still cannot get a straight answer about whether it has been delivered.
I have called multiple times. Each time, I’m told the person who handles that information is “busy” and will call me back. I have yet to receive a single return call. On my most recent call, I was told, “We wouldn’t know.” That response is unacceptable. If you don’t know, then find out — especially when a family is calling about their loved one’s memorial.
I work full-time and cannot just show up in person, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. Families deserve better follow-up and empathy during such a sensitive time.

If I could give this Place 0 stars I would , they have no shame no communication no compassion for people . Especially families who are grieving Elena is the worse in communication they are “ to busy “ to respond the girl in The office who sits on that desk is way worse has 0 effort or even compassion she has a rude and ugly attitude towards clients she does nothing but sits there . They do not care because they are a profited cemetery they aren’t commission based so therefore they do little to nothing ! Don’t expect to call and hear back that is a lie always show up at The office !! Make your voices heard for your loved ones who are no longer here and buried there !! Union cemetery has to be the worst cemetery to ever deal with ! We buried my mom in may 2025 and just received her headstone February 2026 months of no communication. Everyone in that office needs to be replaced !! Or investigated they suck at there job and do not stand on what they claim they go off they have no compassion towards grieving family !! They’ll take your money and do everything the lazy way !! Poor management and unprofessional people working here including Griselda the one who runs this staff !! Do yourself a favor and pay a few more bucks to burry your loved one at a cemetery that actually goes by what they say !! Union cemetery shame on you !! Union cemetery staff shame on you !! Do better for grieving families

Griselda was amazing. I appreciate her knowledge and assistance to my family during a very difficult time. She always returned my telephone calls and ensured her communication was clear and understood by all involved parties. Customer service like this is unfortunately rare in today’s world.

Union cemetery is not keeping the cemetery up to parts. The grass needs to be cut and weed eat more often. It’s just ridiculous. The way that cemetery is starting to look with the prices that people have to pay to lay their loved ones to rest. The owners and workers of that cemetery has to do a better job

I visit my sons grave often and on his birthday Aug 1st the lawn was mowed. I went back 2 weeks later and the grass was high it had not been mowed. Then I went back on his anniversary Sept 6th and the grass had still not been mowed. Not just his but others in the same area. Its sad that we as family bury our loved ones at this place and and they can not keep the grounds looking nice. I have complain to them every time I visit and they keep saying they will send maintained to mowed it and it still hasn't happened. Wish I could move my son to Greenlawn where it is so beautiful.
