Beautiful and peaceful. Visitor has a concert series. Art exhibit In Memoriam of Christ was stunning. Loved the model of the temple.

Beautiful old church with unique architecture. You can’t go inside, but the visitor center has a detailed model showing exactly what’s inside the building. It’s a great way to explore the interior without actually entering.

Washington D.C. Temple is truly a beautiful and impressive landmark. Everything about the site is well-maintained, and the surrounding gardens are peaceful and lovely to walk through. I especially enjoyed visiting the small replica area, which gives a closer look and adds a nice touch to the experience. However, it’s a bit disappointing that the main temple is not open to the public. For such a prominent structure that can be seen from so many places, I expected it to be accessible for visitors. Still, it’s definitely worth seeing for its beauty and serene atmosphere.

The most beautiful Christmas light display in the DC area. And if you're looking for Christmas tree decorating ideas, this is the place to come. Finally, the collection of nativity scenes from around the world can't be beat.

The temple grounds are always clean and immaculate. It is a slice of Heaven on earth. The “Light the World” Christmas campaign will bring lovely Christmas lights that are open for all to see. I can’t recommend visiting this place enough! I was not born a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints but I joined the church at age 24 so I grew up in the DC area seeing this temple off of 395 and wondering what it is like. It is amazing! I can’t recommend visiting enough.
