We are new at this and our neighbor recommended Right at Home, saying they previously didn’t have good experiences with other companies. This company has been great! We decided to start with two days a week. First an RN met with us and discussed our needs and what they can and can’t provide (they’re very flexible). They matched us with someone who’s very compatible with my husband and he’s been reliable and supportive. They even helped me coordinate with our long term care insurance company. We couldn’t be happier! Incidentally, this allows me to have two partial days “off” which is great for my mental health!

Caregivers from Right At Home began assisting with care for my mom over 2 years ago. At the time it was for only a few hours per week through a city government program. When it came time to choose a provider with LTC insurance, there was no question that I would hire Right At Home. We are very pleased with Right At Home. The office staff is stellar in terms of accessibility, accommodation and professionalism. All of the aides are caring and strive to do a good job. A few need a bit of coaching, yet most are adept. More consistent personnel would be optimum. But, I know that staffing can be a real challenge. Overall, I am quite satisfied. Mom has never complained and definitely knows how to. She's almost 95 now. l look forward to continuing my partnership with Right At Home in caring for my mom. I have and will continue to recommend Right At Home to acquaintances, friends and others who may need dependable, valuable care for their Loved One.

Right at home is an awesome service provider. The Staff are easy to communicate with. Professional and brief also very knowledgeable and reassuring when it come to the safety of my loved ones . Ms Kristal always have a welcoming demeanor I never have any problems with her She set the bar high when it comes to customer feedback and services. MS. Karen is always on point with a solution to any problems with scheduling and care providers I believe she's the Supervisor over all great team I would highly recommend Right at home Services.
