Juan at Oakdale was absolutely amazing. My husband and I planned our own services from beginning to end with Juan and he was so patient, thorough and outstanding with his follow up and communication. He made an awkward and uncomfortable experience wonderful. Thank You Juan!

Where do I even begin? The Customer Service we received for our Mom's services from Monica Villareal, Lauren Arce and Jessica Trejo, along with the entire staff at Oakdale Mortuary & Memorial Park, was truly wonderful. They helped us feel more at ease through this difficult time. We had plenty of time to go over our contract with them without feeling rushed, and they explained all the other services that were available to us. They answered all our questions and assured us that we could call them anytime if we had any more questions leading up to the days of services. My family and I truly appreciate all the kindness and support Oakdale Mortuary & Memorial Park has shown us during this difficult time, not just with our Mom's services, but also with our Dad's services which were 20 years ago. Your thoughtfulness and great customer service, will always be remembered. Thank you!

We just had my father cremated and inurned. The viewing and memorial at the Sunset Chapel was beautiful, with the setting sun making its way to evening as the service proceeded. Catering was by Porto's. Since my dad was ancient - 93 - it was a nice reunion of family and close friends. At that age, many acquaintances are already gone. All guests were very impressed with how un-stuffy Oakdale is! Really pleasant and relaxing. Inurnment was at the new Sundial columbarium. Smaller gathering this time, and very tastefully prepared tent and altar. The white marble urn I had picked was exquisite! Nobody expected it to look that nice. The niche is black marble. So now everybody's asking how I discovered Oakdale. Kudos to our Family Counselor, Ileen Alba. She is the best! Since we met her - by chance - 2 years ago, we've had 4 contracts with her already. Ileen is very smart, very thoughtful, and very caring. She has YOUR best interests at heart. She knew just how frazzled I was when my dad suddenly died. But because of her help, all arrangements went super smoothly from the hospital all the way to Oakdale and the final placement of remains. Natalie, the Location Manager, is the kind of person who will put you completely at ease because she takes accountability for anything that may go amiss. And she will go out of her way to make sure everything goes without a hitch. As it did. Thank you so much, Oakdale staff! You made my dad's passing a memorable and pleasant experience. We will see you again when my mom follows. Her arrangements are also already taken care of, again thanks to Ileen,
